What is the Pomodoro Technique?
It is a time management method where you alternate between 25 minutes of focused work and 5-minute breaks. Invented by Francesco Cirillo in the 1980s, it boosts productivity through short bursts of concentration and regular rest.
Why 25 minutes?
Cognitive science research shows that 20–30 minutes is the optimal window for maintaining focus. 25 minutes is the sweet spot — long enough for meaningful work, short enough to stay consistently engaged.
Does it work offline?
Yes. The timer and task management work perfectly offline. Only cloud sync requires an internet connection.
Do I need an account?
No. You can start using it immediately without signing up. Accounts are optional — create one only if you want to sync data across devices.
How many monsters are there?
10 stages × 5 sub-levels = 50 unique visuals in total. Each stage features a completely different monster design.
Where is my data stored?
By default, everything is saved in your browser (or app) local storage. When you sign in, data syncs to Cloudflare servers with encryption.
Is it really free with no ads?
Yes — no ads and no in-app purchases. This is a personal project built purely to help people focus.
